Elkészítése


A kaprot megtisztítjuk a durva szárától, megmossuk, és nagyon apróra vágjuk. Vi­lágos rántást készítünk 3 de­ka vajból és a lisztből, bele­tesszük a kaprot, jól elkever­jük, de nem pirítjuk, hanem felengedjük vízzel, sóval, le­veskockával ízesítjük,

kb. 10 percig takaréklángon főz­zük. Tálalás előtt a leveses­ tálban elkeverjük a tejfölt a tojássárgájával, arra öntjük a forró levest s újból jól el­keverjük.

A maradék vajon megpirított zsemlekockákkal tálaljuk.
